Out of Print Special Order Program Info: 

We've been selling these badges for a long time, you may have missed out on something. O.O.P. cost us more money to make BUT we can make just one more for you since we have the art work perfected. The cost is full MSRP and the program may end at any time.

 

How To Upgrade or Swap Your Insert: 

We've been selling these badges for years now, so if you purchased a badge kit and you wish to upgrade the insert (bored with your old one) we can help you out WITHOUT you having to buy a whole new kit (that has always been our promise). Just email me what you're looking for at info@indyfjcruisers.com and include your original order number or email address used during initial purchase.  

  • In most cases EXACT replacement inserts outside of warranty with 3M adhesive will be $18 shipped with a free plastic pry tool (you just bring the heat to pop off the old one).
  • If you are just upgrading to a different design it is $22 shipped, limit one, with a free pry tool. NOTE: Unless you run over it with a Truck the badge holder should just keep going and going, re-paintable, refreshable forever.

General Refund & Returns:

Friendly 14 day return window for UN-ASSEMBLED items returned in like new condition & no restocking fee for orders under $100. We have a 15% restocking fee only for orders over $100 due to the extra time spent on the order.

 

Items returned must include ANY items included with said order (decals, free with etc.). I will refund your purchase price minus shipping & you are responsible for traceable return shipping. I want you to be satisfied. Special order (custom) items do not qualify for returns.  Just send us a note that you are returning to info@indyfjcruisers.com

 

Warranty: 

  • The main badge holders have a full 12 month warranty against defects if purchased from our website after January 1, 2016. 
  • The replaceable badge inserts has a full 12 month warranty against *defects if purchased WITH a badge holder from our website after January 1, 2016. 
    • Once we have warrantied an item the warranty for said item is considered over/fulfilled, it does not start over. We feel this is fair given cost of the item and remember our competitors offer no warranty at all, nada, nothing, zip & zero.

    • Badge kits purchased from outside the www.indyfjcruisers.com website have a 90 day warranty against defects & a
    • ll warranty exchanges are for exact replacement only (unless original item is no longer available).
    • Buyer pays return shipping of defective product, we cover cost shipping back to you.

What is not covered as warranty? *Minor to average UV fade is to be expected on the replaceable insert & is not a defect, however if something extreme is happening inside a year we do want to know. We reserve the right to ask defective items to be returned for inspection.  Salt damage, abrasive chemical cleaners, normal wear & tear from road debris, scuffing/scratching on the trail isn't covered.

 

How to care for your badge: 

  • Extra care (waxing) should be applied if you live in coastal area's due to high concentration of salt in the air and water.  Also waxing the insert is a good idea if you live in a heavily sunny area. Do NOT use DE-greaser on our product as it will break down the dye process and sealants.  You can clear coat the badge insert holder if you wish, it will not affect your warranty and will extend the newness look for a longer time. 

Shipping Policy:

If you pay with PayPal Please make sure your address with PayPal is correct, we will only ship to that address per PayPal policy.

 

Pricing Policy:

We do not have a “price match policy", we do not do "price adjustments" and we do not add in freebies from past or future offers.  We feel the product is worth the MSRP range of $49.99.

  

Address Errors / Wrong Paypal Address: 

If a package is delivered to an old PayPal address & you cannot recover the product I will have no recourse with the Post Office and the sale is still completed according to terms of PayPal.  Please & I mean please make sure your PayPal info is correct before ordering as it will help you and I complete a happy transaction!

  

Lost package? We need to work together!

You must 1st place a call to USPS with tracking number to start a claim for a "missing" or "lost" items. Let me know once you are this far along what the claim number is. I will then use your claim # to add to my own ticket with USPS. They will ask for at least three business days to research. If USPS shows the item was delivered please double check your PayPal address used during checkout to make sure it was correct. Ultimately & per PayPal seller obligation, if it shows delivered we are not responsible for lost packages, but we will examine each issue case by case before making a final decision on what we CAN do. Insured, Priority,  Signature required shipping is available at special request (and cost).

Items are NOT genuine Toyota, TRD or Hino branded items.  There is absolutely no implied statement of original OEM products. This is a fan site with images of fan art.
